Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Hybrid / Remote attached to any hirify.global U.S. office)

Salary: $89,600 - $100,800

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to assigned hirify.global clients.
• Advise stakeholders on utilizing hirify.global solutions to improve efficiency and meet strategic business goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects from initial discovery to post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and support client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
