Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX (ability to travel up to 80%)

Salary: $89,600 – $100,800

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of assigned hirify.global clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on hirify.global solutions to improve operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects from discovery to post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business process consulting.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints and meet critical deadlines.
• Proven client-centered commitment, excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
