Location: Remote, must be based in the United States (excluding the Bay Area)

Salary: $31.50 - $49.50 per hour (approx. $65,520 - $103,000 annually)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IES, including core accounting, payroll, and payments functionalities.
• Consult with customers to assess business needs and tailor system configurations for multi-entity environments.
• Manage multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously to ensure timely platform adoption.
• Provide expert training and troubleshooting support to clients during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve complex challenges and relay customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding the Bay Area).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an active Tax Credential (CPA/Enrolled Agent).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, specifically with financial software.
• Advanced understanding of hirify.global Enterprise Suite and accounting principles for multi-entity companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• QuickBooks certification.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Payroll, and Payments.
