What you will do

  • Define the digital media vision and multi-year roadmap to support subscriber growth, retention, and brand health.
  • Own full-funnel media strategy across paid social, programmatic display/video, CTV/OTT, paid search, and affiliates.
  • Orchestrate media to support the full subscriber lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and win-back.
  • Manage the digital media budget, performing annual planning and scenario modeling based on CAC and LTV targets.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel and signup flows.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of media strategists, channel owners, and analytics partners.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital media or performance marketing.
  • Meaningful experience in subscription or recurring-revenue businesses (e.g., streaming, SaaS, telecom).
  • 8-10 years of people leadership experience with a track record of scaling high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage large digital media budgets and deliver efficient subscriber growth.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic, paid social, paid search, and video/CTV execution.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
