What you will do

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end from ideation and scripting through delivery across paid social and CTV.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to raise brand equity while keeping assets performance-driven.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks based on performance data signals.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners through detailed briefs and quality control.
• Edit video directly and leverage AI generative tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance agency or in-house growth team.
• Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
• Fluency in video editing tools and active experimentation with generative AI tools.
• Strong intuition for performance creative, including hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
