What you will do

• Lead the enterprise privacy program and serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare privacy regulations.
• Develop and oversee privacy risk management, including assessments, incident response, and breach management.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and Security teams to integrate privacy into imaging platforms, AI, and cloud solutions.
• Establish and maintain privacy policies, training programs, and continuous audit efforts.
• Lead and mentor the privacy team to foster a culture of compliance and data protection.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred.
• Professional privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/US) required.
• 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• Deep expertise in HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
• Experience implementing privacy programs for healthcare technology like EHRs, PACS/RIS, and AI.
