International Sales Specialist

Location: Onsite in Surry Hills, Australia.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international customer accounts.
• Manage end-to-end client inquiries, including inventory tracking, sample requests, and order placement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop account management strategies and expansion plans.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, and logistics departments.
• Guide customers through the showroom experience and maintain sample inventory standards.
• Provide direct support to sales representatives as an inside partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales support or account management.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent time management skills and comprehension of global time zones.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
