What you will do

• Act as the primary technical owner for Finance systems, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations across core systems including NetSuite, ADP, and Databricks.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted automation for AP/AR, invoice reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
• Manage the NetSuite support contractor team and oversee project delivery timelines.
• Design secure, HIPAA-compliant data delivery mechanisms to eliminate PHI exposure in manual workflows.
• Execute high-priority technical projects including reporting migrations and portal development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or systems integration role.
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integration development.
• Experience building data pipelines using Databricks or similar data warehouse platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design secure data handling solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Practical experience implementing AI and automation in finance or operations workflows.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain a prioritized technical backlog.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS reporting migration or client portal development.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jira for development tracking.
• Experience directing NetSuite support teams (ACS).
