What you will do

• Manage IT General Controls (ITGCs) and the SOX 404(b) compliance framework across all in-scope financial systems.
• Lead system-related workstreams for annual audits and coordinate directly with external Big 4 auditors.
• Serve as the senior system owner for NetSuite, overseeing architecture, configurations, and release management.
• Define and execute a multi-year financial systems roadmap and evaluate new technology platforms.
• Mentor a team of Finance Systems analysts and administrators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee the SOC2 and HIPAA compliance audit processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a SOX Section 404(b)-compliant public company environment.
• Direct experience working with Big 4 audit firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including complex configurations and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ITGC domains: logical access, change management, and computer operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (Menlo Park, CA).

Nice to have

• CPA, CISA, or other relevant systems/audit certifications.
• Experience managing the transition from 404(a) to 404(b) compliance.
• Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Background in diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare industries.
