Salary: $73,500 - $147,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional owner of the Coupa platform for procurement.
• Lead configuration and administration of modules including Requisitioning, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Design and maintain approval workflows, buying channels, and procurement policies.
• Partner with IT to manage ERP integrations and ensure data flow accuracy.
• Develop procurement dashboards and reports for spend visibility and compliance tracking.
• Deliver training programs to buyers, requesters, and suppliers to drive system adoption.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement systems, P2P, or procurement operations.
• 4+ years of hands-on Coupa administration and configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Proven experience partnering with senior procurement stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Coupa Certified Professional or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity procurement organizations.
• Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and data governance experience.
