What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead discovery workshops to define requirements and map complex business processes.
• Design end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Data, and Experience Clouds.
• Enforce enterprise-level architecture governance and best practices.
• Architect integration approaches between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce-native AI capabilities and industry AI platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Principal Consultant.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce practitioner experience in complex multi-cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Proven ability to lead discovery, process mapping, and solution design.
• Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certifications.
• Not eligible for employment sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, specifically healthcare.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with AI platforms and certifications.
• Background working within a Center of Excellence.
