What you will do

• Own the end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Billing workflows across pricing, quoting, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing.
• Translate complex business models into scalable, configuration-first Salesforce solutions.
• Lead requirements definition and solution alignment with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, architects, and program managers.
• Identify automation opportunities, reduce technical debt and manual workarounds, and improve data models, dashboards, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Lead structured UAT with measurable acceptance criteria, risk mitigation plans, and improved solution validation.
• Identify and operationalize AI opportunities across CPQ, pricing, approvals, renewals, billing, forecasting, and revenue operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Product Analyst, or in a similar Quote-to-Cash role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing implementations.
• Expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes, business analysis, process design, requirements management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-scale Salesforce integrations.
• Experience delivering measurable operational improvements through process optimization and automation in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
