What you will do

• Own end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Billing workflows to improve automation and sales cycle efficiency.
• Translate complex business models into scalable CPQ architecture while reducing technical debt.
• Lead requirements definition and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Design and deliver declarative Salesforce solutions that ensure system scalability and data integrity.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI opportunities across pricing, renewals, and revenue operations.
• Establish governance practices and high-quality documentation to support long-term system maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Consultant.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing implementations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable configuration-based solutions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
