What you will do

• Manage the Oracle enterprise applications roadmap across EBS R12.2, Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and OCI.
• Drive ERP modernization and cloud adoption initiatives to improve scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee governance for patching, quarterly Cloud cycles, release management, and environment maintenance.
• Establish automated regression, functional, and performance testing practices for critical business processes.
• Integrate AI-enabled automation and predictive operational capabilities to reduce manual support activities.
• Ensure compliance-by-design practices, including SOX controls, DORA operational resilience, and audit evidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting, managing, or delivering Oracle enterprise application platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, Fusion Cloud ERP, Field Service, Supply Chain, HCM, EPM, OCI, and OIC.
• Experience supporting Oracle cloud transformation and ERP modernization initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing automated testing and regression practices for Oracle Cloud patching cycles.
• Working knowledge of AI automation and modern ERP support models.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud certifications in OCI, Fusion Cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with OTBI, VBCS, Redwood UI, and reporting technologies.
• Background coordinating system integrators and managed service providers.
• Exposure to compliance evidence tooling and platform observability solutions.
