TL;DR

Director, Client Strategy (Marketing): Leading high-impact client relationships and integrated media strategies with an accent on full-funnel performance, budget optimization, and cross-channel execution. Focus on driving measurable business growth, mentoring cross-functional teams, and delivering executive-level strategic presentations.

Location: Remote (United States). This position is remote-first but requires residency in the US.

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead and business owner for a portfolio of high-impact client accounts.
  • Design and guide multi-channel strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, video, and retail media.
  • Translate complex business objectives and KPIs into structured media investment frameworks.
  • Lead executive-level engagements, including QBRs and high-stakes strategic presentations.
  • Partner with analytics teams to operationalize advanced measurement frameworks like MTA and MMM.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and account health.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-channel accounts with full-funnel strategy ownership.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting, revenue management, and profitability oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level conversations.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no immigration sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Experience in an agency environment supporting enterprise or high-growth brands.
  • Exposure to brand, retail, or streaming/entertainment clients.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and dashboard platforms.
  • Experience supporting new business pitches and commercial strategy.
