What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with fabricators, designers, builders, and architects.
  • Create and execute quarterly and annual territory sales plans to drive market growth.
  • Educate business partners on product attributes, brand history, and industry standards.
  • Manage customer data and sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Provide samples and marketing materials to support partner projects.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking associations.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Dallas, TX and be able to work from home.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or interior design.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90% locally.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for sample and material delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the architectural and design industry.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Concur.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
