What you will do

• Serve as an application module and integration subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
• Drive continual improvement of integration layers and data retrieval methodology; build enhancements for new features.
• Partner with health systems, EHR vendors, and internal stakeholders to integrate the hirify.global platform into provider and patient workflows.
• Define and design optimal application and integration workflows for customers.
• Mentor product, engineering, and implementations teams on healthcare integrations.
• Support Sales and Marketing with technical guidance during discovery sessions, customer presentations, and solution design discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems or Integration Analyst at a health system, including 2 years building/configuring/supporting one or more clinical modules.
• Experience integrating 3rd-party vendors into EHRs (Epic preferred), including hands-on build/configuration for clinical and patient user interfaces.
• Proficiency in multiple Epic modules, ideally including at least one clinical module and one technical module (Epic Certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of integration methods and standards: HL7, ANSI X12, CCDA, FHIR, HIE, EDI (and related interoperability concepts).
• Experience designing clinical and business workflows involving 3rd-party software and understanding required technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Bridges, MyChart, Cogito, Interconnect, Healthy Planet).
• Customer-facing technical consulting, solution design, or pre-sales experience on delivery engagements.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Ability to influence product strategy through customer feedback and market insights.
