TL;DR
Director, Renewal Management (SaaS): Owning and optimizing the global renewals function to maximize customer retention and revenue with an accent on pipeline management and churn forecasting. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States. Unable to hire in Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington DC.

What you will do
- Lead and manage the global renewals organization, coaching Account Directors and Success teams to improve performance.
- Own the worldwide forecasting process for renewals and churn on quarterly and annual bases.
- Implement proactive renewal strategies, including early risk identification and churn prevention playbooks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to align on retention goals.
- Continuously refine the renewal process using industry best practices to optimize revenue retention.
- Manage a dedicated team of Renewal Managers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account management within SaaS.
- 3+ years leading a renewals function in a SaaS organization at scale.
- 5+ years of experience managing AM, AD, or Customer Success staff.
- Strong expertise in renewals reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and common SaaS analytics tools.
- Must be based in the USA.
