What you will do
- Own a high volume of customer accounts to secure successful renewals and meet quarterly gross retention targets.
- Drive the end-to-end renewal process as the primary point of contact for customers and channel partners.
- Manage customer contracts, license agreements, and commercial negotiations.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to mitigate risks and implement customer-first solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS customer-facing roles such as sales, account management, customer success, or renewals management.
- Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quota targets.
- Ability to manage the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
- Strong negotiation skills for win-win contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Must be based in Japan
