TL;DR
Senior Renewals Manager (SaaS): Owning the strategy, negotiations, and execution of renewals for an enterprise client portfolio with an accent on protecting and growing ARR. Focus on building win-win strategies, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring accurate forecasting while collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate risk.
Location: Remote (US only). Must be based in the US (excluding Hawaii). Team members outside Pacific time zone are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT.
Compensation: $103,680 – $162,000 USD (OTE, varies by location zone).

What you will do
- Own the renewals and upsell motion to drive retention and expansion across an enterprise customer portfolio.
- Engage proactively with key decision-makers to surface and mitigate renewal risks early.
- Lead renewal negotiations and contract execution to create long-term, value-based partnerships.
- Maintain rigor and discipline around forecasting to ensure renewal and expansion projections are accurate.
- Work cross-functionally at the executive level to orchestrate risk-mitigation strategies.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Client Success or Account Management experience within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Consistent track record of exceeding retention and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce with strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
