TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Legal): Leading a regional sales team to acquire new logo customers and grow the existing client base for legal marketing services with an accent on team mentoring, pipeline accuracy, and strategic territory development. Focus on coaching the team to sell value over price and exceeding monthly and annual revenue quotas.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; or Sacramento, AK. Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations is required.

Compensation: All-in compensation in the low $200ks

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional monthly and annual quotas.
  • Drive growth in territory value through new customer acquisition and retention of existing business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure high forecasting accuracy.
  • Lead day-to-day team management, focusing on employee development and engagement scores.
  • Coach and mentor the team to prioritize value-based selling over price.
  • Oversee account and territory plans to align with the overall strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a direct field-based environment selling to professionals.
  • Prior sales leadership experience managing both remote and in-person teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in high-activity positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and other automation tools.
  • Experience in the Legal Industry is preferred.
