What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
  • Own timecard administration, ensuring compliance with wage and hour rules and correcting errors.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee records within the HRIS.
  • Coordinate scheduling and attendance tracking to support workforce planning.
  • Provide a consistent HR presence by alternating across both day and night shifts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee populations in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing settings.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping/payroll systems and wage/hour compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to occasionally cover night or weekend hours for 24/7 support.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: lifting up to 25 lbs and standing/walking for the entire shift.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
