What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Malaysia-based corporate clients, overseeing program launches and relationship building.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with global providers and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate client-related risks and handle crisis management situations.
• Drive portfolio expansion by identifying commercial opportunities and upselling additional services.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Development teams to facilitate invoicing, renewals, and sales initiatives.
• Utilize data to measure program impact and deliver insightful client reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong organization skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia (Onsite).
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
