What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring a personalized and best-in-class experience.
• Build and maintain strong one-on-one relationships by understanding client trading behaviors and business needs.
• Drive client retention and wallet share expansion through proactive engagement and customized product solutions.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for platform features, product updates, and VIP program optimization.
• Monitor account performance and provide data-backed recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Compliance, and Operations to advocate for client needs and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within financial or trading institutions.
• Deep product knowledge gained from working in exchanges, brokerages, or trading firms.
• Strong understanding of common trading strategies and profit-generation models in trading firms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about the crypto industry with a strong preference for prior industry experience.
