What you will do

  • Manage and grow specifically assigned client accounts to increase net GP growth.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key line managers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Partner with the Delivery Centre to manage client requisitions, sourcing, interviews, and placements.
  • Obtain client work orders and new authorizations.
  • Monitor and review monthly sales performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Support contractors through their entire assignment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management with a record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to network at a senior level and analyze potential service lines and scope.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accredited degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Must be based in Calgary
