What you will do

• Lead hirify.global implementation across NC and SC schools and districts to meet unique instructional and operational goals.
• Design and deliver high-quality professional learning, including school-based trainings and coaching experiences.
• Support AI literacy for educators and students by aligning learning experiences with emerging standards.
• Coach school teams in creating AI tools that align with their specific pedagogy and curricula.
• Facilitate strategic AI adoption at the system level by working with district leaders on change management.
• Provide field insights to the internal team to improve platform features and partnership strategies.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in or with K-12 schools, preferably in the Carolinas.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging, inclusive, and outcomes-driven adult learning experiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex school systems.
• Confidence in using and explaining LLM-powered AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Former NC or SC educator, coach, or school/district leader.
• Experience leading large-scale instructional technology or PD initiatives.
• Strong existing network across NC/SC schools or education nonprofits.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
