What you will do

• Design and implement sales enablement programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate training sessions for internal sales, leadership, and customer success teams.
• Build courses and certifications within Workday and Sales Spot, including rubrics and knowledge checks.
• Analyze sales data to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
• Provide support for large-scale events, including the annual sales kick-off.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong grasp of MEDDICC methodology as a critical component of GTM.
• Proficiency in High Spot, Articulate, Canva, and Course Enrollment Management Tools (preferably Workday).
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.
