What you will do

• Design and manage structured onboarding ramps for Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives with clear productivity targets.
• Develop deep, role-specific product training across the full solution suite and value propositions.
• Create scenario-based learning experiences and simulations for complex renewals and client escalations.
• Train revenue teams on CRM workflows, documentation standards, and operational reporting.
• Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and commercial metrics like renewal rates and NPS.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to ensure training content remains current and aligned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult learning, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in training or sales enablement, preferably supporting revenue teams in a TPA or healthcare tech environment.
• Proven track record of improving commercial metrics through training programs.
• Experience designing and facilitating role-play and scenario-based skills practice.
• Proficiency with MS Office, LMS/enablement platforms, and CRM (Salesforce).
• Must be located in or be able to work from Tempe, AZ

Nice to have

• Certification in instructional design or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ICF, Six Sigma).
• Experience in health, wellness, or healthcare benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Seismic.
