Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute delivery strategies to ensure seamless campaign and product launches.
- Act as the primary tactical expert and trusted advisor for portfolio clients to achieve their KPIs.
- Monitor delivery progress and implement operational efficiencies within the POD to streamline workflows.
- Oversee the collection of deliverables and manage precise campaign launches.
- Partner with Sales to align account strategies and advocate for the delivery team's authority.
- Empower the delivery team to make creative decisions that enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Newton, MA office.
- Proven experience managing delivery processes, preferably in media or delivery product industries.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Proficiency in data management tools and computer applications.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales and client management within the advertising and agency marketplace.
- Familiarity with campaign monitoring tools and reporting systems.
