What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Implementation & Support team, providing technical guidance and coaching on complex customer challenges.
• Drive resolution for high-impact customer investigations regarding marketing discrepancies, data quality, and attribution.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to define paths to resolution.
• Establish best practices for support operations, including ticket prioritization, communication standards, and escalation workflows.
• Develop enablement resources and host technical office hours on attribution, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements through automation, tooling, and updated documentation standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or marketing technology.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing measurement, including paid media, affiliates, and attribution models.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting pixels, APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
• Proven track record of mentoring team members and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
