What you will do

• Act as a trusted solutions advisor to sales teams and clients to identify core pain points and technical requirements.
• Develop prescriptive ROI models and detailed solution proposals to demonstrate economic value to the client.
• Lead executive-level presentations and discussions to showcase solution capabilities and address specific use cases.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, and Marketing teams to create sales collateral and RFP responses.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for product improvements.
• Maintain industry expertise and represent the company at trade shows and professional conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in solution selling and revenue growth.
• Proven experience as a SME, Solution Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
• Strong understanding of data architectures, APIs, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL for regular office attendance.
• Ability to travel at least 25% for client meetings and industry events.
