Salary: $223,550 - $289,300 (OTE)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a small number of strategic, high-value enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Client Executives to define account strategy, pipeline development, and deal progression.
• Lead discovery sessions to architect end-to-end solutions using the full hirify.global portfolio.
• Design and position solutions integrating on-prem, hybrid, and cloud storage architectures.
• Support multi-million-dollar sales cycles and maintain long-term technical alignment with customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
• Proven track record of supporting Fortune 500 or global-scale enterprise customers.
• Experience architecting and delivering multi-million-dollar deals.
• Deep technical knowledge of storage technologies and enterprise data infrastructure.
• Must be based in the greater SoCal Area; candidates outside this region will not be considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical value into business impact.
