What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations teams.
• Build and own assumption-driven user and portfolio loan mix models.
• Monitor performance against forecasts, diagnose variances, and identify root causes of trends.
• Own consolidated reporting across top-of-funnel, conversion, users, volume, and loan mix.
• Provide decision support on strategic initiatives by evaluating P&L implications.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives to drive business strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and business judgment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fintech, lending, and payments business models.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools like Cursor or Claude Code for analytical workflows.
