What you will do

• Lead the planning and design of regional quote-to-cash enhancements, focusing on product design and process optimization.
• Optimize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) for international roll-out.
• Oversee accounting alignment across order management and revenue systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with integration stakeholders (VBO, Workday, SRE) to identify and resolve system failures.
• Develop forecasting reports and provide business insights for product and sales teams.
• Coach and develop team members to support their performance and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in quote-to-cash, specifically with Revenue Cloud systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Deep understanding of accounting and financial controls.
• Must be based in or work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Fluency in English is required.
