TL;DR
Principal Program Manager (Talent Management): Leading the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide talent management initiatives with an accent on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Location: Hybrid (3x a week in office). Must reside in San Jose, CA or Research Triangle Park, NC
Salary: $147,900 – $220,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional talent management programs.
- Own end-to-end program governance for high-visibility processes, including performance management and succession planning.
- Translate talent strategy into scalable processes, operating rhythms, and global implementation plans.
- Partner with senior HR leaders, Compensation, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive integrated solutions.
- Define success metrics and synthesize data to identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Drive change management and adoption efforts for new or evolving talent processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Program Management.
- Proven ability to lead complex enterprise programs with significant ambiguity and multiple dependencies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable talent solutions and succession planning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve scalability.
- Must be based in San Jose, CA or Research Triangle Park, NC.
