Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Field & Customer Excellence programs.
- Manage complex cross-functional initiatives and establish program governance, including project plans and success metrics.
- Monitor program performance using data-driven insights and analytics to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
- Lead change management activities to drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve both customer and employee experiences.
- Prepare and deliver leadership-level communications, dashboards, and reports on program status.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or business management.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple parallel workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders in a global matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MA/MS) preferred.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-specific benefits (401K, health insurance).
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI, PowerApps, or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Field Operations, Field Engineering, or customer-facing service organizations.
- Experience with employee engagement platforms and internal communications tools.
