What you will do

• Own the EMEA publisher sales strategy and revenue targets for the offerwall and rewarded business.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic publisher and app developer partnerships from prospecting to signature.
• Acquire and scale flagship accounts, including large app portfolios and rewarded-traffic partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to shape the platform roadmap based on publisher needs.
• Forecast pipeline health, win rates, and revenue for executive leadership reporting.
• Represent the company as a trusted industry voice at professional events in the rewarded/offerwall space.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, specifically in offerwall, rewarded, or mobile ad monetization.
• Proven track record of closing and growing six- and seven-figure publisher partnerships.
• Existing professional relationships across EMEA app publishers and the mobile monetization ecosystem.
• Strategic, data-driven approach to territory and pipeline management.
• Experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
