What you will do
- Retain and nurture relationships with top global customers, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
- Drive business development within the Softlines industry in Italy to achieve growth targets.
- Develop a network of contacts and research market opportunities to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure service levels and implement innovative solutions.
- Generate revenue growth opportunities aligned with the Business Unit Strategy.
- Prepare and execute marketing and brand recognition strategies in partnership with industry associations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in the softlines, fashion, or luxury sectors; experience with high-end/luxury fashion brands is mandatory.
- Strong track record in sales (hunting), key account management, or program management.
- Capability in market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- English proficiency (English CV required).
