Salary: $277,700 — $515,800 USD (Total Target Compensation/OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the US Central region.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive full enterprise sales cycles, personally engaging with C-level executives at major accounts.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
- Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, or compliance.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Success selling to Fortune 500 companies within regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology).
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Dallas, TX.
