What you will do

• Execute and support the ASC 740 quarterly tax provision process, specifically for international tax matters and deferred tax assets/liabilities.
• Lead the technical review of U.S. international tax compliance and coordinate annual filings for non-US entities.
• Serve as the technical execution lead for M&A, performing due diligence and evaluating international tax consequences of transactions.
• Model tax implications for different scenarios to quantify cash tax savings and Effective Tax Rate (ETR) impacts.
• Manage interactions with external advisors and respond to external auditor information requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; CPA or Master's in Taxation is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with significant U.S. international tax exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, Foreign Tax Credits (FTC), FDII, and Section 382.
• Experience with OECD Pillar Two supporting public company tax reporting requirements.
