What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for assigned functions, driving high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
• Establish, manage, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize success.
• Design and implement scalable operating models and system improvements to drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to align goals and deliver results.
• Leverage data and analytics to surface business insights and guide decision-making.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on talent development.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience combining strategy work (management consulting, finance, or bizops) with direct startup experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving high performance.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort in data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Self-starter with a high bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid office requirement.
