Location: Remote (United States only). Note: Not hiring in high-cost Zone D markets (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, San Jose).
Salary: $108,650 – $142,224 per year.

What you will do
- Partner with Growth and Client Organization leadership to align enablement priorities with business objectives.
- Design and execute end-to-end enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training.
- Create high-quality enablement content, playbooks, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into high-performing execution.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs using data-driven metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage enablement initiatives from conception to completion using strong project management practices.
Requirements
- Healthcare or benefits industry experience is required.
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training for pre- and post-sales teams.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific high-cost zones).
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience with AI integration in project management and content development.
