What you will do

• Manage a team of 6+ members providing clinical support for mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency, quality, and client engagement.
• Implement and manage quality assurance metrics aligned with best practices and SLAs.
• Handle escalated patient cases and proactively lead the resolution of operational issues.
• Analyze data to measure capacity, monitor trends, and inform program decision-making.
• Coordinate headcount planning and forecasting based on projected business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations management.
• Proven experience managing teams in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Clinical training (e.g., Masters in Social Work, Registered Nurse) is preferred but not required.
