What you will do

• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows using AI Studio and Copilot.
• Develop reusable AI skills, agents, and industry-specific solution accelerators for various sectors.
• Build RAG solutions, knowledge orchestration frameworks, and deep enterprise AI integrations.
• Create production-grade AI applications using modern orchestration platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on AI solution design and emerging technologies.
• Rapidly prototype MVPs and evaluate emerging AI tools for business viability and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Texas).
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud-native application development.
• 5+ years of experience implementing AI, Conversational AI, or workflow orchestration solutions.
• Proven track record of moving AI solutions from prototype to full production deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, or Data Science (Master's preferred).
• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid passport.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of industry processes in Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical communities, or AI patents.
