Senior Principal, AI Software Engineer – Agentic & Industry Solutions

Salary: $205,200–$360,800 per year, with possible commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable agentic AI solutions for enterprise customer and employee experiences.
• Build reusable AI agents, copilots, workflow components, and industry-specific solution accelerators.
• Architect multi-agent systems integrating AI services, enterprise applications, knowledge systems, and human interactions.
• Develop production-grade AI applications using modern programming languages, cloud-native architectures, and orchestration platforms.
• Design RAG-based knowledge systems and API-first, event-driven integrations with CRM, ERP, and workflow platforms.
• Influence product direction and technical strategy while establishing best practices for AI architecture, observability, security, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or cloud-native application development.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications with Python or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, LLM integration, RAG frameworks, and enterprise platform integrations.
• Experience delivering production solutions, influencing technical direction, mentoring engineers and architects, and engaging executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cloud, AI Studio, Copilot, Architect, or Experience Orchestration.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Bedrock.
• Master’s degree, industry-specific solution accelerator experience, open-source contributions, patents, or innovation lab experience.
