What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal motion for a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure high retention rates.
  • Develop and execute account-specific renewal strategies, identifying risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to align on business priorities.
  • Navigate complex negotiations involving pricing, licensing models, and contract terms.
  • Maintain a rolling forecast and pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers align technology investments with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Sales within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex renewals and multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to position value and influence decisions.
  • Working knowledge of cloud management, ITAM/SAM, security, and risk management concepts.
  • Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes for both technical and financial stakeholders.
