What you will do

• Define and execute the Consumer AI strategy in partnership with Product and Executive leadership.
• Establish the teams, operating models, and technical foundations required to scale AI-powered experiences.
• Ensure all AI products are secure, reliable, privacy-preserving, and explainable.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing engineering leaders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Security, Privacy, Legal, Design, and GTM teams.
• Shape the long-term business strategy regarding the contribution of AI to the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large engineering organizations and leading leaders.
• Proven track record of leading AI-powered product initiatives.
• Experience operating in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, product development, and privacy-first mindsets.
