What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools to position the company as an AI-native enterprise.
• Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks and orchestration engines that accelerate product development and business operations.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI techniques across all departments including GTM, HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to design tools that improve velocity and reduce manual effort.
• Establish practices that ensure internal processes are intelligent, auditable, and optimized for speed.
• Collaborate with the CTO and executive team to align automation investments with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership roles overseeing multiple teams.
• Proven success building and scaling workflow systems, orchestration frameworks, or internal platforms.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/GenAI applications.
• Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems at scale.
