Compensation: $223,550 - $289,300 (OTE)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across commercial accounts within the territory.
• Partner with Commercial Account Managers to develop territory strategy and drive customer success.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover business priorities and modernization opportunities.
• Position and configure hirify.global solutions including ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, and hybrid cloud.
• Engage customers in discussions regarding AI readiness, cyber resiliency, and data management strategies.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Channel teams, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing infrastructure roles in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong background in infrastructure technologies, with a high preference for storage-adjacent technologies.
• Knowledge of on-prem environments including SAN, NAS, block, and file architectures.
• Experience with hybrid cloud platforms, virtualization, and data protection strategies.
• Must be based in the designated Illinois metro area to support regional customers and partners.
