Compensation: $136,000 – $157,500

What you will do

• Lead onboarding for U.S. customers implementing ProAV switches and third-party integrations.
• Deliver remote and on-site training on AV-over-IP network design, PTP configuration, and API integration.
• Provide advanced on-site troubleshooting for complex timing, multicast, and interoperability issues.
• Support Sales and Channel teams with technical scoping, product demonstrations, and Bill of Materials creation.
• Develop internal scripts, configuration tools, and best practice documentation to streamline deployments.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and partner events through technical workshops.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems, AV-over-IP technologies, or related systems engineering.
• Deep knowledge of multicast networking, IGMP, and switch profile development.
• Hands-on deployment experience with AVB, Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron, and SMPTE-2059-2.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching fundamentals.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60% within the South Central U.S. region.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, AVIXA CTS, Dante, or AVB.
• Previous experience in a Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering capacity.
