Location: Waltham, MA, USA. Includes on-site customer engagement and installations when remote resolution is not possible.

What you will do

• Lead presales technical evaluations and demonstrations for AADM, SnapSync, IPAT, and the Ansible Collection.
• Own the full customer onboarding and initial installation process across the product portfolio.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting in customer environments and serve as the technical escalation point for engineering.
• Maintain and configure lab environments with diverse host systems including Linux, Windows, AIX, Solaris, ESX, and Hyper-V.
• Perform first-line triage of field exceptions by analyzing tracebacks and log files.
• Manage the Jira triage queue and contribute to customer-facing documentation and release notes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a technical field role (solutions engineering, professional services, or tech support) at an enterprise storage vendor.
• Hands-on experience with block storage, NAS, replication, and host connectivity via FC or iSCSI.
• Working proficiency with Linux (RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu) and Windows Server.
• Ability to read and analyze Python tracebacks and log files to diagnose failures.
• Direct experience running presales demos or proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Experience with on-site customer installs or deployments of enterprise software.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.global InfiniBox.
• Experience with Ansible or other infrastructure automation tools.
• Podman or container deployment and operational experience.
• Familiarity with Jira or Infinimetrics.
