What you will do
- Supervise daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
- Set team priorities to ensure timely task completion and operational goal achievement.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Monitor payment runs to detect discrepancies, fraud, or risks for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize and optimize P2P processes.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and financial reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within P2P management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting standards, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage teams and adapt plans to meet operational needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting P2P tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside outside of Hawaii.
