What you will do

• Supervise daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
• Set team priorities to ensure timely task completion and operational goal achievement.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Monitor payment runs to detect discrepancies, fraud, or risks for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize and optimize P2P processes.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and financial reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within P2P management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting standards, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams and adapt plans to meet operational needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting P2P tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside outside of Hawaii.
