What you will do

• Own end-to-end coordination of security and reliability incidents from triage to resolution.
• Design and implement scalable incident management processes, runbooks, and escalation frameworks.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive remediation programs to completion across multiple teams.
• Build incident readiness through tabletop exercises, on-call improvements, and real-time situational awareness tools.
• Act as the primary communication hub during active incidents for executives, legal, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incident management or technical program management within software or security organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through high-pressure situations.
• Technical depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security concepts.
• Experience building operational programs and documentation from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
